Heavy Equipment Manager
Responsibilities:
Confers with management personnel to establish Maintenance and repair standards, obtain data regarding equipment, quality and specification of existing and ordered equipment.
Provides input etc planning, budgeting, and scheduling of modifications and programmed maintenance items
Develops maintenance routines and establish maintenance priorities for cranes and Lifting equipment.
Reviews and analyzes crane maintenance and operational reports to determine causes of non conformity with product specifications, operating and maintenance problems
Liaison with project Leaders to indentify their requirements.
Maintain continue improvement program to eliminate problems and improve life cycle management.
Willing to work in East Kalimantan.
Requirements:
Male
Degree holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
5 years experience in Heavy Equipment Management
5 years experience in Equipment Operations & Maintenance specific in cranes (crawler, tower, telescopic)
Knowledge in standard Lifting and Rigging operations
Demonstrated Leadership and Management abilities
