HRD MANAGER ( HM )      
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Manager.
Experience in IT Company or Engineering Service Company is an advantage.
Having knowledge in "UU-Ketenagakerjaan" and legal administration is a must.
Minimum S1 graduate, from Psychology or Management with min. GPA = 3.0.
Good inter-personal skill and communication skill.
Have initiative, can work individually and in team.
Preferably having good English, both spoken and written.
