Jakarta. As A leading cosmetic distributor company is looking for a
qualified & highly motivated person for the following position:

Skill Qualification and Job Description for Marketing Manager
The candidate must possess the following qualifications;
• Female, age maximum 30 years old
• Hold minimum a Bachelor degree or Master Degree from any background,
economics graduate would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Should have worked for at least 3 years in a marketing or brand
management environment in a competitive field with a track record of
achievement
• Excellent analytical skills and Computer literate comfortable with ms
word, excel, PowerPoint etc
• Strong interpersonal and public relations skills, able to work with the
mass media.
• Able to work in a team and motivate people, creative and team player
• Self driven with a passion to achieve results under minimum supervision
• Plan and implement marketing plan, marketing budgeting, marketing
strategies and programs.
• Loyal to the company is a must, not just looking for a work experience.
• Able to manage marketing events and promotion
• Target and customer oriented
