Info Lowongan: PT. Anzawara Satria, a fast growing coal mining firm with concession in South Kalimantan is urgently seeking the following An Accounting Manager for its head office in Mega Kuningan Area, Jakarta:
Requirements:
* Min Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
* Min 8 years experiences in accounting and finance job, with at least 3 years experience in Mining Industry
* Great understanding of PSAK and accounting treatments relating to mining company (COGS, Royalty allocation, WIP, Pre-stripping allocations, etc)
* Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting and tax activities
* Plan, develop and implement an annual business plan and budget to determined and coordinate work priorities, contribute to the company objectives and meet goals within professional, time, safety and cost guidelines.
* Comply with all legal, statutory and corporate financial reporting requirements within Indonesia.
* Ensure that cash payable and receivable functions are thoroughly implemented; pay creditors on an accurate and timely basis, recover moneys due, maximize effectiveness and recommend business improvements.
* Liaise with company managers and employees to understand their payroll and accounting requirements, track performance against plan/business targets, address issues hampering effectiveness.
* Establish, monitor, review and improve the internal control systems and procedures, as well as to ensure the compliance of internal control policies.
* Manage, appraise and evaluate employees to assess their performance and development potential, provide individual feedback, organize training and enhance their professional and technical skill as well as the capabilities of the operation
