Recruitment Assessment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
     Coordinate recruitment activity to meet client needs 
     Acting as business development in Assessment Service 
     Coordinate all assessment activity 
     Acting as Client Service in doing recruitment and assessment for clients 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology Profession 
Required language(s): English (fluent in oral & written), Bahasa Indonesia 
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling recruitment and assessment is required for this position. 
 Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or General HR. 
Full-Time and Contract position available. 
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.Male/Female 
 Experienced in Competency Base Interview 
Experienced in making assessment report 
Knowledge about competency 
Communication skill 
Service orientation 
Target orientation 
Good computer literate 
Presentation skills
