Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
To manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that all company standards and requirements are achieved.
Reporting to the area Operations Manager, directly responsible for the smooth running of restaurant operation.
Effectively manage a team to ensure that customer expectations are fulfilled.
Working closely with team and Operations Manager.
Build good relationships with local suppliers, regular customers and businesses within the local community.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Diploma degree in Hotel & Restaurant, Tourism or related field of study.
At least 5 years working experience in the relevant field of job.
Strong organizational communication and people development skill
Able to promote team work, and have proven track record in achieve targeted project goal.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and computer literate.
