Marketing Manager Consumer Health Care
Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Marketing Director , with several brand managers reporting to him/her, he/she shall be responsible with overall brand management of the product; maintaining and developing the product market share within his/her organization.
Responsible with overall product marketing strategy including customer segmentation and targeting.
Responsible in setting up the product pricing policy and actively involved in determining pricing to customer, distributor as well as retailer.
Responsible in developing the business channel, coordinate with the sales department.
Responsible in maintaining the product profit and loss (P&L), coordinating with R&D and other respective departments in order to improve the product gross margin.
To manage new product development (NPD) and product launching. Coordinate with R&D, registration officer and other respective departments during the launching program.
To develop and coordinate with advertising agency to launch advertising in order to communicate product to consumer and retailer.
Actively perform market research in order to understand consumer behavior and feedback from customer regarding the existing product.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field. Preferably Having MBA.
Required language(s): English.
At least, 8 years total experience in marketing management for FMCG business, preferably with experience in managing a market leader product and some years in OTC Business
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Management.
Full-Time positions available.

Job Purpose  
Under Marketing Manager's supervision, responsible in setting marketing strategies, creating & delivering promotional activities for his/her product portfolio, launching new product(s) and building good relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
 
Major Accountabilities   

Develop marketing plan for existing  product(s): Vimax
Create promotion program through distribution channel & Doctor's
Create new program campaign for public: Loyalty Program, PR Program, Advertising in news paper & Magazine
 Produce the promotional materials for public & doctor's: Leaflet, Presentation slides, Disease Awareness
Visit key customers and opinion leaders to build good relationships and get endorsement from them
Arrange promotional programs: Public Seminar, Local/International Congress, Exhibitions, and other customer mettings
Present the products and company to the customers if necessary
Do internal/external market research if necessary
Manage Advertising & Promotion expenses to be in line with annual budget
Ensure that marketing programs are meeting the requirement of the customer and SP-3 

Key Performance Indicator / Measure of Success  

The Product Development Manager is overseeing the activities within their field of responsibility. Having an overview about the key tasks (Market, Customer, Distribution).
Action Plan by quarter should released by the beginning of each quarter.
Promotional materials should available at the right time, with the right quantity and right quality.
Promotional programs are coordinated properly with sales teams & distributor for customers satisfaction.
Marketing expense are in line with annual budge.
Education / Experience  
Minimum Education: Bachelor degree (S-1) in Science (preferable) or Management
Languages: English: written & spoken
Ideal Experience: As product manager both in Ethical & Consumer product
